Orders placed are processed the next working day (does not include weekends) and orders are processed Monday-Friday.

Overseas shipments are sometimes subject to delays due to the delivery country’s customs. You are responsible for paying any customs fees, duty and tariffs.

From 1 January The United Kingdom (UK) is no longer a member of the European Union (EU). If you buy goods from the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) from 1 January you may incur charges. This includes Ireland.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any country which is in a situation of war, conflict, serious political upheaval or otherwise to any country where our trade is restricted by the rules or guidance of the UK government. Where we are unable to deliver to your country or location, we will contact you to explain and we shall be entitled to cancel your order.
